WHO’S SUPPORTED US
Remember Saro-Wiwa ran from March 2004 – 2010, and was funded from a major grant from Arts Council England, alongside Greenpeace UK, Ken Saro-Wiwa Foundation, Lipman-Miliband Trust, Roddick Foundation, Staples Trust, Tedworth Trust and Platform.

Over 120 private individuals to date have given sums between £2 and £27,000.

Coalition members and supporting organisations such as Museum of London and Whitechapel Art Gallery have donated over £50,000 through sponsorship-in-kind to date.

THE WORK GOES ON
Our Nigeria campaign continues to hold multinational companies accountable for their environmental and social devastation in the Niger Delta. The project’s small team has made a disproportionate impact since 2004, achieving major press coverage and reaching a global audience with its message. Your support is vital to the success and strength of the project. Since 2010 we’ve had the vital support of Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, Rausing Trust, Mott Foundation, and Network for Social Change. But we are constantly looking for new partners and supporters for this vital work.

People sometimes ask, why are you still campaigning on Nigeria?
And we say, because justice has not yet been done.
